I have grown up in the Real Estate Business all of my life. My dad started in real estate in 1979. I have a construction background working several construction jobs during and after college. I graduated from Santa Fe College earning a Associates of Science degree in Building Construction Technologies. I have owned and operated a property maintenance company since 2010.

Branden’s roots in real estate run deep—his family has been active in the business since 1979. Growing up, he learned the ins and outs of property transactions by assisting his parents with everything from marketing to management. After earning a degree in Building Construction Technologies and Construction Management, Branden became a licensed real estate agent during the height of the Great Financial Crisis of 2010. This pivotal time gave him firsthand experience in the foreclosure market, working through countless transactions with banks, asset companies, county foreclosures, and tax deed properties. With over 15 years of experience, Branden has successfully handled nearly every scenario in the real estate world.
Golden Dog Properties was created out of a simple realization: not every property fits neatly into the conventional market. Some sellers have homes that aren’t financeable by traditional lenders and aren’t attractive to typical investors. Branden saw an opportunity to combine his construction expertise with his real estate knowledge to bridge that gap.
